Davenport, IA – Woman Killed, Ejected in UTV Crash on 100th Ave
Davenport, IA (August 31, 2021) – A woman was killed after being ejected from a UTV following an accident in rural Davenport on Saturday, August 28.
The deadly crash occurred that afternoon at around 1 p.m. According to local reports, the incident took place at the 12100 block of 100th Avenue. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene to provide aid to the injured parties.
Reports from the Scott County Sheriff’s Office revealed that the deceased victim was a passenger of a Polaris RZR. The vehicle reportedly overturned. The woman was ejected in the accident. The UTV rolled on top of the woman. She sustained fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead. The identities of the involved parties have not yet been disclosed.
