North Liberty, IA (August 22, 2021) – On Friday, August 20, a pedestrian suffered fatal injuries following a traffic accident in North Liberty. 

The incident occurred at noon near the crossing of Penn Street and Liberty Way. A pedestrian reportedly boarded a Chevrolet pickup truck, according to the reports from the Iowa State Patrol. The victim sustained fatal injuries in the aftermath of the collision.
