Buckingham, IA – Three Injured in Two-Car Crash at Tama Rd & Hawkeye Rd
Buckingham, IA (October 25, 2021) – A collision in Buckingham on Saturday, October 23, left multiple people injured.
The crash took place at the crossing of Tama Road and Hawkeye Road late that night at around 7:40 p.m. According to reports from the Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office, a Honda Accord and an Infiniti QX6 collided at the scene. The area was closed for several hours while paramedics were present.
The driver of the Honda suffered severe injuries and was taken to MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center. At least two people traveling in the Infiniti were also transported to the hospital for treatment. No additional updates have been released at this time.
An ongoing accident investigation is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
