Today I saw an upper level management person at Whole Foods. He was a VP I believe, from CB Richard Ellis. He was dressed like a 20-something.

It used to be that young workers dressed like upper-level management and the job they wanted.

Now the upper-level management dress like they want a job in the mail room.
