Marion, IA – Dianne Erb Struck by Car at Hennessey Pkwy & IA-13

Marion, IA (November 3, 2021) – A local woman was injured after being hit by a car in Marion on Wednesday, November 3. 

The incident took place at the intersection of Hennessey Parkway and IA-13. Paramedics were called to the scene that morning at around 5:45 a.m. Dianne Erb was walking along the highway when she was struck by a motor vehicle. 

Paramedics provided aid to the injured pedestrian at the scene. Erb was then transported to a nearby hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. No additional information has been revealed at this time. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is underway.
