Sioux City, IA – Driver Runs Light at 6th & Nebraska St, Causes Crash with Injuries
Sioux City, IA (November 19, 2021) – A two-car accident in the Sioux City area on Wednesday morning, November 17, resulted in confirmed injuries. The collision took place at the intersection of 6th and Nebraska Streets at around 7:24 a.m.
An adult woman had to be extricated from her vehicle. She was taken to a local hospital for the treatment of serious injuries. The driver of a Nissan reportedly ran a stop sign at the intersection. The vehicle was hit by a Chrysler Pacifica and overturned.
The area was closed for several hours while authorities were at the scene. No further information has been provided at this time.
