Linn Co, IA – Multiple Injuries in DUI Crash at IA-13 & Co Home Rd
Linn Co, IA (June 30, 2021) – There were four hospitalizations following a collision in Linn County on Tuesday, June 29.
Local sources indicated that the crash occurred that night at around 6 p.m. Reports from the Linn County Sheriff’s Office revealed that the driver of a silver Audi failed to yield at the intersection of IA-13 and County Home Road. The Audi crashed into a van carrying three passengers.
Four people at the scene sustained injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. At this time, no updates on their conditions have been provided. The operator of the Audi is currently facing charges for driving under the influence along with miscellaneous traffic citations. No further information has been provided at this time.
