Fort Dodge, IA (October 5, 2021) – On Sunday, October 3, a single-vehicle accident in Fort Dodge left a passenger injured.
The Lizard Creek Ranch on Johnson Avenue was reportedly hosting the Cruise to the Woods car show. The driver of a Ford Mustang was driving down the roadway when they attempted a burnout. This caused the vehicle to overturn into an embankment.
The vehicle caught fire briefly. A female passenger was trapped inside. She was extricated from the vehicle and taken to UnityPoint Health — Trinity Regional Medical Center for treatment. No further information on the accident has been provided.
