Cedar Rapids, IA – Scott Clark Injured in Collision at 30th St & Diamond Dr
Cedar Rapids, IA (October 23, 2021) – A two-vehicle crash in Cedar Rapids sent one to the hospital on Friday, October 22.
The crash occurred early that morning at the crossing of 30th Street and Diamond Drive. According to the Linn County Sherriff’s Office, a garbage truck collided with an SUV at the intersection. The truck overturned and came to a stop in a nearby yard.
The driver, 47-year-old Scott Clark of Cedar Rapids, fell out of the vehicle. He was taken to a hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. No other injuries were reported in the crash.
An ongoing accident investigation is underway.
