ATV Accidents in Iowa
ATVs and public roads may be a deadly combination, with fatalities frequently happening as a result. Many Iowa municipalities allow ATVs to be driven on public roads, regardless of the fact that these vehicles were not designed to be used on roadways. ATVs are significantly smaller than passenger vehicles and other modes of transportation, and their riders are provided with little safety in the case of a crash with another vehicle.
