Tama Co, IA – Driver Changes Lanes, Motorcyclist Killed on Lincoln Hwy

Tama Co, IA (September 26, 2021) – On Sunday, September 26, a motorcyclist was killed after a traffic accident in the Tama County area. 

The site of the fatal crash was located on Lincoln Highway near Highway V18. A motorcyclist was reportedly traveling on the highway when a van merged in front of him. Emergency responders were sighted at the scene a short time later.  

The crash caused the rider to be ejected from the bike. The injured party sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The area was closed for several hours while paramedics were present. The identity of the deceased has not been revealed.
