Cedar Rapids, IA – Seandon Hodges Injured Riding Motorcycle on IA-100
Cedar Rapids, IA (October 16, 2021) – A local man was injured while traveling with a group of bikers in Cedar Rapids on Saturday, October 16.
The incident was reported at around 11:15 a.m. that morning. Local reports revealed that 41-year-old Seandon Hodges of Cedar Rapids was traveling west on IA-100 by motorcycle. He was accompanied by roughly 30 riders.
Near Ushers Ferry Road, Hodges became dangerously close to some of the other motorcyclists. This caused him to lose control of his bike and crash into the guardrail. He was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
