Des Moines, IA – Three Injured in Single-Vehicle Accident on I-235
Des Moines, IA (October 30, 2021) – There were multiple injuries confirmed following a car crash in the Des Moines area on Saturday, October 30.
The incident occurred at the 4200 block of Interstate 235 according to initial accounts. Emergency responders were sent to the scene at around 6:30 a.m. that morning. A vehicle reportedly crashed into a pole before overturning.
A total of three people sustained injuries in the crash. The victims were transported to a local hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. The area was closed while emergency vehicles were at the scene.
An ongoing accident investigation is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
