Joice, IA (October 7, 2021) – On Wednesday, October 6, a motorcyclist was injured following a car accident in the Joice area.
The incident took place at the 480 block of 410th Street. According to the Iowa State Patrol, 53-year-old Joel Dahle of Lake Mills was riding a 2007 Harley-Davidson eastbound on the roadway. Local reports indicated that 54-year-old Roland O’Donnell of Joice was driving a 2004 Ford pickup truck towing a trailer was ahead of the motorcyclist.
The pickup was reportedly pulling into a private driveway when the two vehicles collided. The impact caused Dahle to be ejected from the motorcycle and land on the roadway. No other injuries were reported in the accident.
